Our grass-fed, grain finished 3-bone short ribs are perfect for that long slow cook.  Either braised or smoked these "English Cut" ribs have a nice thick chunk of beef attached to each bone perfect for serving over smooth buttery mashed potatoes or with your favorite BBQ sauce.  Either way, you simply can't go wrong.
